What WellnessChecked is
WellnessChecked reviews health supplements and a few related products (creams, gels, a spray, a fragrance and a device) for men's health, women's health and healthy aging. We have reviews of 54 products and a library of guides and comparisons.
How we make money. We earn a commission when you buy through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. We only cover products from brands we have affiliate relationships with, so our top picks are the best of the products we cover, not of every product on the market. Commissions don't change what we write about a product's evidence, guarantee or safety.
How we review a product
Every review follows the same checks. We don't run our own lab tests or clinical trials; we read what's published and explain it plainly.
- Formula and doses. We list what's in the current formula from the official label, and whether the doses are disclosed, then compare them with the doses used in published studies.
- Published research. We look for trials of the product itself first, then studies of its main ingredients. We note how big the studies were, how long they ran and who paid for them.
- Guarantee terms. We read the refund terms in full and spell out the conditions: deadlines, opened bottles, shipping costs and which purchases are covered. Where we couldn't confirm the terms on the official site, we say so.
- Safety. We list known side effects and medicine interactions for the main ingredients, and who should talk to a doctor first.
- Price and value. We compare price with what's actually in the product.
Labels and top picks instead of scores
We don't give products numeric scores or star ratings. Each product gets a short label saying what it's for, and in each category we name one top pick: the product we'd look at first among the ones we cover, based on the checks above. A top pick isn't a promise that a product works for you; for many products the evidence is limited, and each review says so.
What we don't do
- We don't publish customer testimonials or star ratings.
- We don't accept payment for positive reviews or sponsored articles.
- We don't give medical advice. Supplements aren't a substitute for seeing a doctor, especially for symptoms such as erection problems, urinary symptoms or low energy, which can have medical causes.
Corrections and updates
Formulas, prices and guarantee terms change. We recheck them when we update a review, and the facts across the site were last checked in October 2026. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we'll look into it.
