That trial was funded by the blend's patent holder and hasn't been independently repeated, Confitrol24 itself hasn't been tested, and the product doesn't disclose whether it contains the trial dose.
Urox is a blend of three botanicals: horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Crateva nurvala stem bark and Lindera aggregata. It has one published randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (Schoendorfer et al., 2018): 150 adults with overactive bladder symptoms took 2 x 420 mg of Urox a day for 8 weeks. At week 8, daytime frequency averaged 7.7 trips a day versus 11.0 on placebo, with less urgency, night-time urination and leakage. Mild side effects were similar in both groups.
The trial was funded by Seipel Group, which patents Urox, and a company representative is a co-author, so it is not independent. The effects were unusually large and haven't been replicated. We could not find the further Urox trials that older marketing describes. Confitrol24's official page lists the Urox ingredients but no amounts per capsule, so you can't confirm it matches the 840 mg a day used in the trial.
