DIM3X contains 500mg of DIM (Diindolylmethane) — the highest dose in any supplement we have reviewed and the only product meeting the clinical dose of 300-500mg used in published research. It is our top-rated oestrogen metabolism supplement for men. WellnessChecked score: 9.0/10.
What DIM Does
DIM (Diindolylmethane) modulates the liver CYP450 enzyme system — specifically CYP1A1 and CYP1B1 — to shift oestrogen metabolism away from 16α-hydroxyestrone (the less desirable metabolite) toward 2-hydroxyestrone (the more beneficial metabolite). In men, this supports a healthier testosterone-to-oestrogen ratio, particularly relevant for men with higher body fat accumulation.
Most DIM supplements contain 50-100mg — well below the 300-500mg clinical dose. DIM3X contains 500mg per serving plus AstraGin® for enhanced absorption. It is the only DIM supplement we have reviewed that meets the evidence-based dose.

DIM modulates oestrogen metabolism to support a healthier testosterone-to-oestrogen ratio, particularly beneficial for men with higher body fat.
Published research used 300-500mg daily. Most supplements contain 50-100mg — a fraction of the evidence-based dose. DIM3X contains 500mg.
Well tolerated at the 500mg dose. Some men experience initial urine odour changes — this is normal and indicates active metabolism. Consult GP if taking prescription medication.
DIM3X is the only supplement in our review library containing DIM at the full 500mg clinical dose. Other products typically contain 50-100mg.
